These apply to every competition on LocalWinClub, for entrants and for the businesses that list.
- Each ticket is a voucher for the deal stated on the competition card, at the business named on the competition.
- Each ticket is also one entry into the draw for that competition’s prize.
- There is no limit on the number of tickets you can buy. Every ticket bought is another voucher.
- Vouchers are emailed to the address you give at checkout. Each voucher carries a QR code and a 4-digit code.
- A voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued, 7 days a week, during the business’s normal opening hours.
- You must present the voucher at the point of ordering. Vouchers cannot be applied after payment has been taken.
- Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold.
- One voucher per transaction unless the business states otherwise.
- One ticket in each competition wins the prize stated on the competition card.
- The winner is notified by email. The email contains the winning voucher code, which the winner presents to the business to claim the prize.
- The prize is issued by the business named on the competition.
- By listing a competition, the business agrees to honour every voucher issued for it: the voucher deal as stated on the card, 7 days a week, for 6 months from issue, when presented at the point of ordering.
- The business agrees to issue the prize to the winner on presentation of the winning voucher code.
- The business agrees to mark vouchers as redeemed in its LocalWinClub redemption screen at the time of use.
- LocalWinClub retains 33% of ticket sales on the Standard plan, or 20% on the Plus plan. The business receives the balance.
- If a business refuses to honour a valid voucher or prize, email help@wizardtec.co.uk with your voucher code and the business name.
